My temps have skyrocketed in the past 2 weeks, they used to be about 97F idle and at the most 120 under load. Now for some reason the temps are now 110 Idle and 140 Load. Im using the stock intel heatsink.
 
have you moved your rig around? have you checked the heatsink... is it loose? try re-applying the heatsink.. Is one of the fans not working? etc... what are some of the other factors you might have forgotten?
 
I havent moved it, but the heatsink does look like it loosened up, im gonna try reseating it tomorrow
