I am looking for an external enclosure (USB 2.0 is fine) that will support an SATA HDD that was pulled from a laptop. I need this in order to pull some data off of the drive. I have done some searches, but I have been unable to locate anything with an Internal SATA interface.

I would even settle for a 2.5" to 3.5" SATA converter that I have to put in a PC, but can't seem to locate one of those either. Like I said, this is just temporary in order to pull some data off of the drive.

Any suggestions??

Unless I'm mistaken, laptop SATA and desktop SATA are identical. Since you only want to pull the data, hook it up.

You are not mistaken and I'm not sure why that did not occur to me after staring at it for a few minutes. Thanks!!!
