I need to upgrade my graphics card soon. I have gf4ti4200@4600 right now and I am thinking of upgrading to a x800 pro. I have 2.4 b p4 proceessor. How much of a bottleneck will it be? Should I just get a 9800 pro? I am going to be building a complete system this fall and will likely move whatever graphics card I buy to the new system. Thanks.

a 2.4+x800pro>2.4+9800pro

in some games you will notice a little difference in others alot. But even the fastest processors are bottlenecks for the x800pro. So either way, if you have the cash, I would go with the x800pro. The 2.4 is still a good processor.

I think I am gonna go with the x800 pro because I want something really fast to through into my new box when Ig et the funds for it.
