2.4b 2.4c

2.4B has a 533 MHz Front Side Bus (133 Mhz FSB quad pumped), 512K L2 Cache, and does not have hyperthreading.

The 2.4C has an 800 Mhz FSB (200 Mhz FSB quad pumped), 512K L2 Cache, and has hyperthreading.
 
I think the 2.4c may o/c a little better too. I have a 2.4b and I got it to 3.25Ghz (180fsb stock voltage) and totally stable...hasn't crashed yet. at 185 however it gets VERY buggy...even with an increase in voltage.
