2.4a prescoot and mobo

well after a year as a amd guy my cpu just isn't cutting it, maya render times are huge even with good ram, video renders take forever, so iv kinda decided to check out the 2.4a prescoot and i plan on ocing it but i cant seem to decide on a good overclocking mobo. heres the features i need
onboard lan
optical out
and usb, i alreayd have a firewire pci card and i dont really need good onboard audio since i run a optical out to my reciever.
