Which do you think would be the best buy?

2.4A (prescott) for 138
or
2.4b (northwood) for 145

From what i have read on Hardocp's review the 2.4A prescott seems to be a good choice if your going to be overclocking.

What motherboard will you be using? Personally I wouldn't buy a Intel chip without an 800MHz FSB and without Hyperthreading. So if you're putting it on a board that can support 800MHz FSB's you should get a chip that uses that. 2.4C's are getting pretty cheap these days.
