2.1 Speaker set up -> Laptop

How do i go about hooking this up. The speakers have 3 cords that need to be plugged in, but the laptop only has the headphone jack. I have seen a little black square that takes RCA input and converts it to the 3 outlets for these cords but i can't recall the name of it. Can someone help me out?

I only see the adapter convert 3 cords to 2 jacks, and then you have to get cable 2 to 1 to hook it up with the laptop output sound. I neither can't remember the name. It is like sound adapter or something. :p
