1T vs 2T Timing

I recently had to RMA my ram and OCZ sent me a new kit. When I booted on the new kit, it listed as running in 1T command rate, which i confirmed with cpu-z. i would like to restore my overclock this weekend that i originally had (3.2GHz).

should i change the command rate to 2T or can i leave it at 1T?

Basically, i was under the impression that all ddr2 ran at 2T, and i just have never seen a kit running at 1T. i was also under the impression that you had to loosen the command rate to oc

My Corsair PC8500 would run at 1T up to 450Mhz...after that I had to run 2T to be stable.....
If it runs at 1T leave it, if not set it to 2T....no big difference really....
You might see a difference in benchmarks, bu thats about it.

i'll second that. if it's stable, leave it at 1T, since it is faster, but you probably won't notice the difference :D

will it show the same unstable, unbootable properties if it is the 1T timing and is pushed to its limits as normal oc or will it have some other distinct reaction if it is pushed to far? basically, will there be a distinct sign that i need to change to 2T?
