That pump is 3/8". You'll need adapters for that, or move up to a 1/2" pump that will match your other components.

The DDC/MCP350 is a great pump. Quiet, powerful, all around awesome. The TDX is a decent block. You'll want to get the extra nozzles, the #4 or #5 nozzle will pair best with the DDC.

Water Wetter? Eh. It does the job but can leave slime deposits. I prefer Hydrx or simple 10% anti-freeze.
 
I agree with HeThatKnows about the water wetter, it leaves residue on the system, and even some pump manufacturers state specifically NOT to use water wetter as it can cause damage to the pump (this is from C-Systems mind you). Will using water wetter cause your pump to fail, probably not, will DD not give you a refund because you used water wetter, I doubt it. But who wants that residue in their system anyways?

The TDX, great with the #4 or #5 nozzle. Also, everything is 1/2 fittings except for the pump, here is an easy fix. Get mainly 1/2 ID tubing, it will give you less restriction and better flow. Then what you do is you buy a little bit of some 3/8 ID 1/2OD tubing, you slip that tubing on to the pump fittings, and then the regular 1/2 ID tubing on over that, or you can just buy a fitting.

If you aren't squeamish about modifying the pump, you can nearly double the performance of the DDC by modifying the intake to take away the 90degree bend. refer to the post about the mcp350 mod.

The radiator, great choice, 77 bonneville cant really be beat, and weapons shrouds look top notch.

Ok thanks for the input. What block would you suggest since you said the TDX is decent?? Also does the hydrx come in a plain clear fluid?? All I see is uv reactive stuff. Would this stuff allow for me to add some other uv reative colors? I'm going for a certain color scheme.
 
Decent is a good thing, the TDX fine block. If you want to move up to awesome...get one of Cathar's Storm blocks.

Hydrx is just green. You can get antifreeze in assorted colors. Zerex Super Coolant also works okay to color.

My TDX came with all the extra nozzles, I didn't order anything special.
 
so is water wetter/hydrx/antifreeze really needed?? I'd like to have control over the color of the water.
 
yes it is a good idea to put some form of anti-corrosion agent and an algaecide into your loop....what color do you want the coolant to be?

There is an antifreeze mentioned somewhere in one of the threads here that is the color your looking for. You can use the search option to come up with the thread and product.
