I'm wanting to get this SFF off the egg:

If I get this, will it be compatible with my LGA775 2.8 800fsb 1mb L2 cache? Also what would I need to get it running because as of now all I have is the processor... Does it come with a heatsink and fan? All I need is a hard drive, ram, and use the integrated video and it will work? LMK as I want to put my 2.8 in use. Thanks
 
Yes, they come with a heatsink/fank setup. It's actually a kind of a heat pipe, but not like shuttles...the fluid just transfers the heat to the top of the hs, and the fan blows sideways. I've been really happy with my Aopen SFF so far.

As a matter of fact, if you look at the pictures from the link you sent, you can see the heatsink.
