Was just reading it, lol

Seems to be great in some spots, wishy-washy in others. First score I looked at was vantage on mind = blown, but some games like BF3 were kinda "meh".
 
...yeah i was disappointed in the BF3 tests as well

however, it ALL depends on pricing
at $549, very 'meh' indeed
at $449, very meh-awesome!
 
I'm still waiting for [H]'s review before I pass final judgement. From the published reviews so far this is what I'm asking myself, "So, that's it?"

I understand that GCN is a new architecture and the 28nm process is still very new. Future refreshes will improve performance, but I don't see myself dropping $1100 (for two cards) for the current offering. Looks like I'll have to be content with my 6950's until the high Kepler parts drop.
 
I'll probably eBay my 6970's and pick up 2 non-reference models in March or so.

its rambus, so of course it never happened.. it was wishful thinking rambus could ever get it released but my bet is that their so called 30% less power at twice the performance was a bogus and AMD decided to ditch it. but again its rambus and you expect that kind of crap.
