1905FP panel?

Can anyone confirm that the dell 1905fp uses the same panel as the samsung 193P? I've seen a few ppl make this claim, but can't seem to back it up. Dell states a CR of 800:1. Samsung's website use to show 800:1 but now shows 1000:1. Any ideas?
 
Not really evidence, but Newegg lists the 193P as 800:1.
