it says its supposed to be faster than the dell but its like 2-3 times worse. theres a 1-2 inch ghost when i drag it across teh screen.

Dell 5150
dell 1905fp for refrence. is this a problem or so i live iwth it? send back?

ghosting sucks, i knew it was gonna be an issue, but omg its horrible. nice when everything is standing still though

Try this on your Dell 1905FP:

1- Turn off your screen
2- Press simultaneously the 'Menu' and '+' button of the screen.
3- While holding the 2 buttons press now the 'Power' button.
4- Once the screen in ON, unpress the 3 buttons.
5- Go to OSD menu (by pressing 'Menu' button) then select the 'Reinit' option (red point at the bottom of menu).
6- Select 'Factory' option.
7- You can see now the panel manufacturer (as the pic posted below).

Write down what it says in there, either it is a Samsung og a AUO panel.

When that is done it is easier to tell something about the ghosting.

I have 3 of those dell's at work. I have the same thing. Although, since its for work, and I do no gaming or video viewing, it isn't a problem for me. However, for home use I can see that it would be a major problem.
