Hey I just recently bought an L90D+ for myself from Newegg and Im loving it. My dad saw it and now hes jealous as crap. However I told him to hold off before buying one because he would throw down whatever and end up with a crappy LCD. He doesnt do any gaming so I figured the refresh rate didnt matter. Pretty much he just does some office work in word and excel but wants something that will look nice for the pictures hes taking with his new digital camera. So please any suggestions for the best 19" LCD for the best price for a casual computer user. Ive always trusted hardforums and newegg so thanks for any help...
 
Dell 1905fp is selling for 213 right now, with padding and coupons. Very good non-gaming monitor.
