19" / 20" LCD Recommendations For Office Use

Hi guys, this is my very first post..

I need a list of candidates of LCD's from the following brands:
Level 1: Acer, Benq, LG, Samsung, Viewsonic
Level 2: HP, Dell

(I've divided them into two levels because I don't have a very good source/price for level 2. However, if there's some major superiority in Level 2 over Level 1, I may consider)

Primary Usage:
1. Surfing
2. Office Applications
3. Basic graphics

(Either rarely or never... maybe just disregard)
Secondary Usage:
1. Movies
2. Games

I haven't personally seen too many LCD's... and I'm from a 3rd world, so I probably won't get the chance to see everything first hand. I know for one thing, LCD's such as my own are sometimes too bright. I use a Chimei (CMV) 20" T38D..(I think Viewsonic oems from them) and I've seen Samsung 740N, 732N, BENQ FP731 .. and in most cases, they are too bright, and colors don't look too nice.

I saw an apple display once.... the picture and colors were so good.. Are there any screens comparable to such picture quality? Or may be better....
