We're on pace to overtake the Aussies in 180 days, probably faster if we keep adding new members at the rate we are now!

Keep it up guys!

Also, I just pushed my daily average to above 400points!

my production will go up tonight, i have 3 computers sitting on 1-2k worth of points ready to be uploaded, sitting w/o internet for 2 weeks *gasp*

Keep in mind that in a couple of months we will probably start suffering our annual northen hemisphere slow down, due to the massive heat we inflict on the planet. While at the same time the Aussies will be throwing a few extra CPU's on to heat their humble adobes.

180 days!!! I remember we were looking at about a year not too long ago!! Good job everyone!!

I don't know how hot all be able to stand my room getting ... but I'll hang in as much as I can

Thankfully, anymore its not much more expensive to run the A/C a little higher than it is using natural gas for heat in the winter. :)

For the summer months, would it be a good idea for some of the heavy hitters who live in the warmer areas to shift some boxen around to people who live in areas where it's not so warm, or to those who aren't worried about AC costs?

This could be done temporarily, just to relieve some of the people who don't want that much heat generated in their houses in addition to the heat outside. I live on the coast and usually have a pretty nice ocean breeze coming in, so I'd be willing to take a boxen or two for a few months, as long as they were relatively quiet ones.

i dont really think there's much we can do about summer months. OCAU always ramps up production and we usually slow down alot. we may just have to wait it out in 2nd until next winter even. So, we need to keep gettin new folders and add what we can while its still cold out. everyone try to do your part-- ive doubled my output in the last week or so ;)

OldPueblo and Techie4U are screaming up from behind me. Looks like I'll be waving as they pass in a few short weeks.
I have 2 more machines to get up and running but I don't think it'll be enough to hold em off. Nice PPD guys!

still have most of the parts for a second xeon setup sitting in my room back home... just needs a mb

all of my folding boxes are in an air-conditioned data-center

ive got f@h running on every box that doesn't have cpu monitoring enabled....we use nagios and it bitches if cpu usage gets too high, so i dont have f@h running on those

This is even more incentive to get my P4 system running along side my Shuttle Socket A system. Waiting for my power supply to arrive and I need a vid card for the Shuttle.

Man I wish I could borg those machines at Cox call center. Must be at least 1,000 pc's there not counting the data center. I could double my score & output in 1 day.

Sparky, your here in hotbox....PM me tell where your at!

Hey HaMMerHead for those boxen with the monitor on, find out what CPU trips the alarm and then set F@H to use 5% under that. Should be in the clear then.
