I'm having trouble choosing between these 2 LCD's

ViewSonic VG710b 17"
HITACHI CML175SXWB 17"

I've read reviews and feedback but can't find a reason to choose one over the other. The $20 price difference isn't enough of a reason to choose the Hitachi. I plan on ordering from the egg this friday but haven't made up my mind yet. Anyone have any good info as to which is better?
 
if you order the hitachi before tommorow from monitors direct it is $409 shipped, you need to use 2 special codes though. Let me know if you want to do it and ill find them for ya. it is $450+ everywhere else

I'm also in the same wagon as you. Some what in a delema to which LCD monitor to purchase. Getting mines at Newegg.
I was also considering the HITACHI CML175SXWB but I heard from reports in newegg? that some where having trouble with DVI-D to work as digital and not as anolog. Moreover, it has a odd shape to it. More like square than rectangular. So I rule that one out.
 
The ViewSonic VG710b 17 from Newegg does not bring the DVI-D cable. Your going to be buying a "digital" monitor, but you won't be able to use it to its potential.

Saved a bit, and I suggest to get the NEC LCD1760NXBK-1 . (Does not bring DVI-D cable :( if your planning on getting it from new egg)
