Savvy.com has some hi rez model pics that you can slightly tweak in photoshop for wallpaper use like this one.

You could always use some 1600x1200 wallpapers, upsample them to 1680x1260 with no visible loss in quality (using bicubic sharp or genuine fractals), then crop them for the widescreen resolution.
