Im looking for a 15in lcd monitor with a 12ms response or lower, know of any?
How bad is ghosting while playing a game on a 15in lcd with a 16ms responce time?
 
There arent any under 16. Thankfully, most of the 16ms monitors with the best brightness and contrast are also the cheapest. Look for CMV brand monitors.
