Need help finding a new ups. We've always had our Stratasys 3d printer running off a 1500VA Cyberpower ups with no issues. We recently purchased another printer and picked up the same ups for that printer. The problem now is when the new printer is running the ups gets a overload error and just shuts off. Not much of an issue for us during the day where we can just restart everything but now I find myself getting called in the middle of the night to go back into the office and get the printer back up and running. I've tried using the old ups with the new printer and same issue. Their engineer sent me these requirements:

1. 100-120 VAC / 16 AMPS or 200-240 VAC / 8 AMPS.
2. 1500 VA
3. power factor: 0.9
4. Bridging time: 15 minutes.

Is the new printer just drawing too much power? Should I just find another ups with a higher VA rating? better quality ups? any help would be appreciated!

its a cyberpower CP150AVRLCD we're using.

I was able to pick up a pair of APC Smart-UPS X 3000VA from our local vendor. We decided to just change both units out.
