This card is supposed to give owners of Dell laptops up to 270 Mbs instead of 54 Mbs. But my question is - does the router i connect to also have to have this same Draft technology in order for me to use this? I'm going to be using my latop in school and i am quite confident that they wont upgrade their routers to Draft standard in some time, so am i going to be able to take advantage of the Draft card in my latop?

pointless anyways, as internet only can do upto wireless b is all that is needed, but wireless n is newer, but i doubt ure school will upgrade for a long time
