I'm looking to throw together a build for my brother, he's willing to go up to $1500

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?

Not at first, but possibly later.

7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have?
Either a 24" 1920x1080 or 1920x1200

No, but I would prefer Windows 7 64 bit.
