They have, but I don't think I'd recommend them to everybody just yet. With $150, you can get a very nice Seasonic S12 or a higher-end Enermax Liberty. What do you plan on running?
 
i have an s754 3700@2.57ghz and a single 6800gs running @ 520/1300. i hope to add another card in a couple months. plus i have two raptors (74 & 36), a 120gb hitachi and a 80gb wdse. aswell as a dvd burner.
