146 & 165 & DFI crossfire issue

Just got 146 & 165 today ^^
146 CABYE 0540 FPBW. I saw on other forum really good oc result but.... 300*9 can't even get in os no matter what setting I use either on NF4 or crossfire. ...
gave up >.<. now testing 165 on prime 95 for 24 hours @ 300*9 1.44V
one problem is... crosfire only boot @ under 270. decide to stay with NF4 .
I'll post picture after I pass prime * 2 @ 24 hour

here is testing setup
AMD 165 dual code 939 @ 2.7G on XP 90
DFI NF4 ultra
Pc& pc 510 W sli.
geil one TCCD
x800 xl
WB 74 * 2 raid 0

hope I can pass prime 95 24 hours. if fail. I'll retest till it pass. I wanna use computer with stability ^^
 
well. my 165 failed after 10 hours prime. now running @ 1.5V @ 300*9
as for my 146 , no matter how I tried. it just won't boot @ 2700. max is 2600
try to lower the rdm,most bios available, and try to use 270*10. not working, even borrow MSI board from friend. same result.
guess that's my 146's limit though. if u guys have other suggestions, let me know please. wonder how same CABYE 0540 has such a great difference >.<
I am doing more research on internet, I'll post if get above 2700 . 2600 is kind of average for AMD CPU now. so won't test prime 95 picture. I'll post when my 165 pass 24 hour
