140 vs 120mm??

I am lookin at getting either a new 120 or 140mm power supply for my comp and was curious what the stance is reguarding this. Obviously the 140 moves more air at a slower speed, so that would be quieter. I want a QUIET power supply, and PS that is capable of keeping the inside of my comp chill.

TTGI Super Flower 140mm PS

and I know there are a lot of 120mm PSs out there, so Im not going to list what I have seen, but want input on both sides of the spectrum.

One vs the other, etc? I have read that coolmax doesnt make that good of power supplies, and I think TTGI is pretty reliable?
