14.4 Beta drivers-Anyone try them?

Anyone tried the leaked 14.4 beta drivers? On 14.3, I wasn't able to mine at stock clock settings, it would always throttle. I ended up pulling the opencl stuff from 14.3, and installing 13.11 betas again.

13.12's have been rock solid for me and I don't feel like spending 20 hours getting betas stable so I don't upgrade until there's tons of evidence showing a hash improvement.

I might give them a spin after I make an acronis backup should they suck and I want to restore.

So, it turned out fine.

My 290x is just as fast as it was before.

Down side, I had to retune the TC and the gpu clocks. I kept intensity the same.

Went from 1021mhz to 1000mhz on the gpu clock.

Code:
"xintensity" : "200",
"vectors" : "1",
"worksize" : "256",
"lookup-gap" : "2",
"gpu-threads" : "1",
"shaders" : "2816",
"thread-concurrency" : "24780",
"gpu-engine" : "1000:1000",
"gpu-fan" : "0-100:30",
"gpu-memclock" : "1500:1250",
"gpu-memdiff" : "0",
"gpu-powertune" : "50",
"gpu-vddc" : "0.000",
"temp-cutoff" : "97",
"temp-overheat" : "95",
"temp-target" : "87",

For anyone that wants it, on a hynix 290x, with the latest Kalroth cgminer, it SHOULD get you about 976kh.

Did you install stilts bios for that hash rate? Or modify bios?

I have and my firestrike score went up, but I get a lower overall
score now. These drivers were a more miss than hit at this point.
On all the benchmarks that I have ran. I have scored lower on most
of them, so I don't think these are the drivers we have been waiting on.

I'm guessing they're asking about hashrate performance.

I'm getting mixed results with the official 14.4 drivers. My hash plummeted until I lowered the thread concurrency... but I'm not sure if what's being reported as hash is correct. I won't say these drivers are solid, but I haven't written them off yet.
