10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
- Yes, Windows 7 64-bit

Just a bit more info:
- This build is for a friend
- He streams Diablo III a LOT
- He multiboxes with 4 windows usually and says that it's coming to a screeching halt unless he turns everything to the bare minimum
- His goal is to be able to continue multiboxing while playing on high graphics settings
- He believes his bottleneck is coming from his CPU while streaming
- I suggested an SSD for OS boot, an SSD for games install, and a HDD for everything else
- He was eyeing an Intel i7-4930K...but I told him to wait until I checked with you all :D

Thanks in advance!

What are the brand and model of the RAM? How many sticks do you have?

What was your friend using before (if not currently)?
