Is 11.855 to 11.916 ok ? True power 550 Antec

The thing has always been 11.916 v and now it seems to drop to 11.855 on occasion.

I am not sure if I should be concerned. Let me know what you guys think.

Voltage monitoring is via the Asus Probe
 
As long as it stays between 11.4 and 12.6 it will be ok. Also remember that your monitor wont give accurate readings. You would need a multimeter to know exactly how stable the voltages are.
