12v under load.....too low?

My 12v line is showing a drop to a steady 11.73v to 11.8v under heavy loading. The 3.3v and 5v line are good to go. Is this a reason for concern? I have no stability issues at 2.33ghz but up at 2.41ghz or so I get crashes in UT2K4....I am bumping my cpu voltage up a bit, it seems the NF-7 is undervolting. In BIOS I set the cpu voltage to 1.75v and in windows using MBM5 it shows only 1.68v under load. Should I bump the BIOS setting up a bit to try and find stability at the higher clock speed, or will that excerbate my 12v line issue...?
 
ye...unfortunately...nf7-s motherboards seem to undervolt a bit....doesnt affect normal peopel...but for [H]ardcore ppl who OC...it doesnt help..i might solve my undevolting probs..by volt modding my mobo....its the only drawback i see with the nf7-s
 
Don't be so quick to believe the soft numbers. My MBM shows 11.80 v and my digital meter shows 12.01. I believe my meter.
 
ye I'd have to agree with OPUS1....my mobo read the 12V rail at 11.67V...with digital fluke multimeter..is shows 12.10V
go figure
