12v rall lol

lol my old psu died so i found one laying around and i put it in and under load my 12v rall is 11.250- 11.325 and this is only whit a 3ghz north wood no vid card or any thing. dont you just love massive power surges that make 2 computers start smoking and leves one whit a gimp ass psu whit 15a and 11.250 v on the 12 volt rall? what to lowest it can go befor it trun off?

lol now it down to 10.968

I am guessing these numbers are by software. Check it with a multimeter. 15a isn't great.
