12v rail in psu

is there a 12v rail in the psu that is always on. i have some really sic ideas but one of them, the one i really want to do, requires a constant 12v.

PSU have had a +12v rail for some time.

Not sure what you are asking. Can you be more specific what you plan to do?

i am thinking of making a desktop case into something idk. i want to put in an "in-dash" dvd player or something like that and maybe have some 6.5" speakers, something i can always turn on to have music right away. idk details yet - got 324234234 million ideas going on right now
