12v line at 10.5 V??!

My Thermaltake 420w PSU (Active PFC), i just found out, has its 12v line running at ~10.50v according to Motherboard Monitor 5...I'm pretty sure this is totally unacceptable and i should RMA the thing, but i just want to check with you guys...

Also, my 5v line is within .1 of 5 volts, and my 3.3v line is at ~1.6 volts.
 
AFAIK if your +12v line is really that low your hd's probably wouldent even spin up

break out the multimeter
 
Don't trust what MBM shows you. Get a DMM and double check the voltages.
