120mm hole?

Should I use a 4.5 or a 5 inch holesaw to make the hole? I believe 120mm= 4.72 inches. So its almost in the middle...should I go smaller or larger?
 
go smaller with the 4.5, the 5 might leave visible space between metal and fan.
 
I just bought a 3" Hole Saw thinking it'd be big enough.

Nope, too small. Looks like I'll be using the Dremel to grind it out to the size I need.

Good thing it's plastic...
