120mm Hole Saw?

What size hole saw would I need to cut a hole for a 120mm fan? My measurements were 4 1/2" for the best size... I just want to make sure before I cut a hole in my window.

Also whats the best method to cut the plastic windows in a case?
 
Ummm ... 120mm?

Actually, 4.75" is a little larger than the fan, but is perfect if you are going to trim the edge. Otherwise a 4.5" would be better. 120mm is 4.724".
