I was wondering what size holesaw to use for a 120mm fan the laurgest ive found is 92 at home depot like about a week ago.

114 mm is the size you want. In terms of inches, that's almost exactly 4.5". Perhaps you should dig out the phonebook and look for some more hardware stores; it's not like 114 mm holesaws are that rare.

dude your answered your own question....................................................what the hell........

not exactly since in the states they are all in english measurement instead of metric, and i am too lazy to bother with converting them, even though its a uber easy formula. the 114mm would probably work fine though. only problem is finding one in a reasionable driving distance from my house, know any sites that carry them?

Well I already gave the inches measurement in my first post. And calling around locally isn't too hard either. I guess this is what modding has become...everything spoonfed to you, no extra effort.
agreed

4.5" is about the right size for the inside of a 120mm fan, almost exactly. If you're having problems finding one, you can trace a CD (perfect size) and dremel.
