I have 1 intake fan in the front and one exhaust in the back that came with the Centurion 590 case.

I have 2 more 120mm fans and I have 2 spaces on top and 2 spaces on the side. I tried putting an intake fan on the side panel which is positioned in front of the video card, but I noticed it doesn't really help with lowering the gpu's temperature.

I haven't tried to put an exhaust at the top yet.

What should I do with these 2 fans and how should I use them? Should i use both, use only 1, or do I even need these 2?

I'd say you really don't need them. If your CPU and GPU are already running at lower-than-spec temperatures, additional airflow won't do you any good. Unless you're doing serious overclocking. Keep in mind that most OEM computers have only 2-3 fans, including CPU and PSU.
