Jan 6, 2013 #2 D Deleted member 88227 Guest The heat dissipation of a 120mm RAD should be enough to reach 4.5Ghz. If an air cooled, single 120mm tower cooler can cool a 3770k to 4.5Ghz, then a water cooled setup of the same dimensions should be able to acomplish it as well.
