120 Rad enough for 3770k ?

Hi all iam doing a Matx build and would be nice if i coud use a 120mm rad instead of a 240 my plan is having the i7 overclocked at 4.5

My ambient temps are realy high on the summer some times reaches 35cº inside the house.
 
The heat dissipation of a 120mm RAD should be enough to reach 4.5Ghz. If an air cooled, single 120mm tower cooler can cool a 3770k to 4.5Ghz, then a water cooled setup of the same dimensions should be able to acomplish it as well.
