120+ Oversized Fans

Does anyone know of any other oversized DC fans? I found a few 172mm fans

But there is a much larger sellection of AC oversized fans, 150, 160, 172, 180mm. The problem with those is noise. With a DC fan you just lower the voltage an voila you get a quiet fan with good airflow. How you you do that with an AC fan? Does it still work?

I dunno...most of those fans look to be fairly noisy. My personal holy grail would be to find someone selling those 250mm 17db fans that I see coming with a few cases these days.
