Im seeking a Fast or high spinning blue led 120 mm for my water cooler but id like it to be silent or near silent if thats possible. Price wise id be ok with 7-14 bucks if possible. Tankies in advanced for all and any info :D
 
this may be obvious but newegg has tons of options. i was in your shoes 3 weeks ago :)
 
Know this is a bit old but definitely think about getting a fan controller... makes all the diff in the world. I run 4 120mms and 1 200mm off of a BitFenix Recon, on startup sounds like a jet but then throttles down to barely audible. Even when I was running them all of the mobo I didn't have this kind of control over fan speed.
