120.1 vs. 120.2

Going to use a BobSlay case, it's got a 120mm exhaust in the back and a 120mm intake. Gonna cool P5ND2 MOSFET, NorthBridge, SouthBridge, Pentium 4 631 (65nm process) and eVGA 7800GT with an Innovatek/Aqua Computer setup, Want to overclock GPU and CPU to some rather high clockspeed. Now... Am I fine with a rear-mounted 120.1 system that's a cinch to add and won't mess up my case's feng shui, or is it a better bet to drill a big gaping hole in the top of the case and have a 120.2 radiator straddling the top? Looking to OC the GPU to 470MHZ-ish and take the onboard RAM up a couple notches and take the CPU to 3.6GHZ~4.2GHz range (easily accomplished with stock cooling, but stock cooling's noisy). What do you guys think?
 
120.2 if you want low noise and reasonable temps.

i also think that the mosfet cooling will only hurt you CPU and GPU cooling. the mosfets can probably make do passively cooled if you have the rad exhausting through the top and all other fans acting as intake, at low noise/speeds.

i reversed the direction of the fans in my PSU, and although i don't know your board's layout, the inner fans blows across the mosfets on my board, in my case.
 
I cool a FX-55, a 6800GT, and the AV8 north-bridge on a 120.1 setup. It's got a DD4 pump, TDX on the cpu, NV68, DD's chipset block, and dual 5.25" res. The fan is a YS Tech pinned for 5V, and the pump is pinned for 7V. Everything is stock clocked. I idle in the mid-20's C and load in the mid-30's.
 
I'd say go with the 120x2 for a few reasons:

1) It only costs a few dollars more
2) If you have a very low load it's not going to make much difference but if you decide to overclock, cool more parts, whatever it gives you "growing room"
3) The added area is going to allow better heat disapation which means you'll be able to turn the fans way down and still get effective cooling

If you have space and can swing the cost, I'd say get a 120x3... at that point you can pretty much use the thing as a passive cooler. With a good temperature probe/fan controller set up you'll barely run the fans at all.
