This is from the Dallas area Fry's ad, but I'm sure it is in other markets as well. The lack of a MIR is what makes it hot for me.

It's in the "standard" ad in the San Jose Mercury News also so that means it's most likely at all Fry's:

and also online as of now:

Lowest price yet for 4GB out the door (no rebate bullshit to deal with). I'm just wondering if and when prices will skyrocket back up, unfortunately. I try not to be a negative or pessimistic person, but I do prefer to look at all the angles...

Any day now... any day now... ;)

Thanks - I had this exact 4GB 5-5-5-12 set I paid 90 for about the turn of the 2008. I just picked up a matching second set so I could have 8GB total. Not necessary, I know - but at $40 - it's hard to turn down. Shipping was ~$6 to Missouri.

Looks like it's the ELK kit that I'm currently using. Runs well at 5-5-5-10.

I did put that in my post above, yanno... :)
Oops, haha. I was coming off a 3hr session of cod4 when I posted that. Tired and blurry vision :)

I was thinking about picking up the ram and holding onto to it for a week or two till I could get a cpu and motherboard that supports ddr2 and get out of the s939 era. In reality though, I should get all 3 pieces at the same time.
