11.11b Performance Drivers

Tried all that. Limiting the maxfps to 59 is the only thing that has worked so far. I hope they fix it in driver or a patch eventually as having to type the command in every time I play and every time I switch servers is kind of a pain. But thankful I found it for sure. :rolleyes:
 
still get just as many CTD's with these drivers, usually two an hour.

possibly due to running 1 screen of 3 and swtiching the other two off, as eyefinity doesn't work.
 
still on the fence with bf3 and the drivers... I never know who is at fault for my issues. right now it's real bad eyefinity support (I believe this is a DICE issue) and sometimes random crashes (think this is an AMD issue)

I do wish AMD would step it up already. My 6950 is my first Radeon card ever and my first impression with all of these driver issues is not positive. :(
 
I just installed Skyrim last night after installing the 11.11b drivers.

I haven't tried turning everything all the way up yet, but my CPU usage is very low and my GPU usage is pretty low as well.

Both indoors and outside I have not seen FPS below 60.
I do have vsync enabled.
 
I dont have anything constructive to add to the conversation other than saying that I don't check here often for updates on drivers from AMD.....specficially a CF patch for skyrim.

But god damn, I am shocked to see they STILL DON'T HAVE DRIVERS OUT YET.

Damn.

How many driver issues have YOU personally had vs reading about it from the vast minority that post on the internet about them?
 
What settings are people paying at for Skyrim to get 6048x1200 to run decent? I am getting like 30 fps with these drivers and that seems low.
 
Tried to play Dead Island last night.
Thought since the 11.11b drivers finally have some sort of CF support the game might be fun...........

same computer, same GPUs, has run Dead Island in the past with a single 6970......

CF enabled......go to Steam, enable game......Crash to Desktop......WTF?:(

Same thing here with the new perf drivers and skyrim. CTD. I had to revalidate my copy of skyrim. Right click the game and go from there. Bit something tells me that won't help you.
