My best friend has the opportunity to get the new Sharp Aquos 32GP1U gaming LCD for $750 through his job, and he offered to pick one up for me, so I'm looking for some advice from people who use LCD TV monitors as their computer display. Right now I'm using a Dell 2407FPW that I bought from Costco for $800, and I can return it for a full refund anytime, so technically I'd make some money back and get a monitor thats 8 inches larger. The only drawback seems to be that I'd lose 200 pixels of display.

What would you guys do? Ditch the Dell and get the Sharp as my display? Just some numbers for consideration, the Sharp has 6ms response time and 10,000:1 contrast ratio. Thanks for any thoughts/comments

EDIT: Also, the other TV I am considering is the Westinghouse 37w3, but it might end up costing a bit more.
