If a Lian Li comes with a PSU it's one offered as a bundle in by the retailer...
 
That thing would kill a man if you threw it at someone :p Why not just buy a case that you like, and then a PSU? Find a PSU, than subtract its cost from what you're willing to spend on a case.
 
The PSU is not an incorporated part of the case (as many newbies seem to think). If you computer right now is up to par, then just get a Lian-Li case and transfer everything from your old case to the new one.

Wait a second though, I just had a thought. Are you using a prebuilt? I ask because all of Dell's parts only work in Dell cases.
 
Where in Canada do you live? NCIX is probably the biggest online retailer in Canada. If you live in Toronto, you've got Canada Computers. Don't go with Tigerdirect, they suck up here too.
 
Just a quick note to anyone who read to the end of this thread, please don't skimp on your PSU. Spend at least the cost of your case for your PSU (more wouldn't hurt). My $.03

Antec PSUs are among the best second-teir PSUs you can get (first being PCP&C, Enermax, Seasonic, etc).
