Looking at putting together a new gaming rig.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? Etc Gaming (Diablo 3, SC2, WoW, looking towards future games also) and web browsing.
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included? As close to 1000 dollars as possible a little more would be ok. Tax and shipping included.
3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible. Glendale, AZ
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need. Ram. Graphics Card, Processor, Power Supply, Solid State Drive, and Blu Ray Player. ***refer to next section for possible other parts***
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it? 22in
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Slowly over next 3 months.
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? UEFI? etc. Crossfire and possibly on board lan and sound.
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit? Yes Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You are gonna need a new Motherboard.

Also, it is really frowned upon to build slowly over a few months. Just save up and buy once you have your budget.

I'd like to know the resolution of that monitor, but I'm guessing its 1680x1050 or 1920x1080?

What kind of "future games" are we discussing? As in, anything graphically demanding? All those blizz games are designed to run on ancient computers.
 
Ok, I will wait a little longer and get my budget firmed up instead of buying parts as I get the cash for them.

1920 X 1080 for the monitor.

I would like to have the option to play Crysis 3 and the games that run on that engine.
 
Well it should be possible with your budget, however as Sn0_Man pointed out, it's best to buy everything at once instead of over a period of time. You never know when something might be DOA. Which means you will lose out on that warranty/grace period to exchange it. Also you're more likely to get a better bang for your buck system all at once, rather than piecing together stuff now.
