I'm looking to purchase a video card for a system i'm going to be building in the near future. My budget is around $100 give or take 20. I have no preference of nvidia or ati cards. I normally just play counter strike. If I decide to play other games, i do not mind running them at lower settings.

My system specs will be something like
AMD 4000+
1 or 2 gigs of ram
etc....

I have found a couple video cards that fit my criteria from browser the [H]. I'm looking for opinions about them, or recommendations for other video cards.

EVGA 512-P2-N757-TR GeForce 8600GT 512MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Retail

MSI RX2600XT-T2D512EZ Radeon HD 2600XT 512MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 HDMI HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Silent Heat Pipe Video Card - Retail

Thanks in advance...

If you don't mind spending a little more (around $150-170), you should be looking at a 9600 GT or HD 3850 and you'll get a tremendously better gaming experience, especially with the 9600 GT.

If you are really limited to the budget you mentioned and can't stretch it, then grab the 8600 GT.
