$100 LCD: Acer X193Wb 19" -- Thoughts?

My mom is getting tired of the 7 year-old 16" Dell CRT taking up all her desk space and asked me to buy an LCD to replace it with a budget of $120 shipped. She'll only be using it for light work such as browsing and emails. I just saw that Newegg has a promotion for the Acer X193Wb shipped. Is this a good monitor for her requirements or should I try and max out her budget and get something "better" (rebates are ok). Some other monitors that fall in her price range are:

Whatever you get, don't buy it from Newegg. They are a fantastic site, but their return policy on monitors is one of the worst on the internet. Try Amazon, or going into a Best Buy and buying one.

At the very least, get a monitor with a DVI port. At that price, the second Hanns-G you listed seems to be the only reasonable choice.

I would consider buying brick and mortar for a monitor if you can get a good price. I've become rather tired of RMAing multiple times to get an even backlight, all good pixels, etc. Brick and mortar at least you don't have to ship it back and forth when you exchange it.
