100% gpu usage returning from sleep

Some of the times when I resume from s3 sleep mode my gpu jump between 80-100 load for nearly a minute and makes an insane cap squeal. When I normally load the card i get a little bit of noise but this is a very high pitched squeal i only hear under this circumstance. It will go on for 1-2 mins and then finally idle down.

any ideas?

specs are my main rig in sig
win7 pro x64 sp1, latest updates blah blah
6950 unlocked shaders CCC 11.3
latest bios on dfi board
s3 sleep
 
It's probably a driver issue. You might want to try the latest 11.4 release as I've read that it has helped people who were in a similar situation(but not all).
