There is a limit of 1 though (not sure how long the deal will exist or how long they will check).

if you have a spouse/significant other then you can use 2 accounts to do the deal 2 times when the deal pops up

Use the $5 ones first then the big cards. That's what I do so I don't have more than 2 cards at once
