I know the update was seeded to developers a few weeks ago, and there were apparently no bugs to fix. I was wondering if anyone knows the expected release date of this update yet. I am very anxious to get it because my new cell phone wont sync properly with iSync and the new update is supposed to offer support for it. Any inside information?

no expected release date yet, but this new build that I'm running from the ADC is very good, start up times are way down even from 10.4.8, like seriously faster, and the disk image mounting issue from the past 10.4.9 builds is also fixed.
There have been like 4 builds of 10.4.9 pretty recently and all have had major changes with lots of fixes. This is the first one with no known issues, it seems at this rate it will be out very soon.
